This eliminates problems associated with moving parts, shafts, pins, bearings, bushings, and packing found in traditional check valves.

Manufactured in strict accordance with ANSI/AWWA C508 (Swing Check Valves for Waterworks Service), our rubber disc check valves are available in sizes from DN50 to DN1200 (NPS 2″ to 48″), with pressure ratings up to PN16 (250 psi) and temperature ranges from 0°C to 80°C.

45° Angled Seat – Non-Slam Performance

Our rubber disc check valve features a 45° valve seat angle relative to the pipe centerline. This unique geometry permits the flapper to travel only 35° from open to closed —less than half the 80° to 90° stroke of a conventional swing check valve. The valve typically closes before column reversal can occur, effectively preventing water hammer and protecting downstream equipment.

Unrestricted Full Flow Area

With the flapper fully open, there is a straight unobstructed flow passage equal to nominal pipe diameter. This full-flow area design ensures:

• Excellent abrasion and erosion resistance
